Villoxx — User Policy

1. Purpose of the Platform

Villoxx is a platform for random one-to-one video and text conversations between people.

The purpose of Villoxx is spontaneous, respectful communication. Villoxx is not a social network, does not store conversations, and does not create long-term user profiles.

2. Eligibility

By using Villoxx, you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old
  • you use the platform at your own responsibility
  • you understand that connections are random
  • you agree to this User Policy

3. Prohibited Content and Behavior

The following content and behavior are not allowed on Villoxx:

  • Nudity or sexual acts
  • Pornographic content
  • Violence, threats of violence, or self-harm
  • Hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment
  • Any content that violates applicable laws
  • Recording, saving, or sharing other users’ video/audio without consent
  • Spam, advertising, or automated/bot usage

In short: Anything that breaks respectful human interaction is not allowed.

4. User-Driven Moderation

Villoxx does not actively moderate conversations.

Instead:

  • Users can temporarily block other users
  • Block actions may be stored temporarily
  • If a user is blocked repeatedly by different users, an automatic, time-limited ban may occur

Villoxx does not judge conversation content and does not decide who is “right” or “wrong”.

5. No Storage of Conversations

Villoxx does not store:

  • video or audio streams
  • chat messages
  • conversation histories

All connections are temporary and exist only for direct communication.

Limited technical data may be processed temporarily for connection stability and abuse prevention.

6. Responsibility and Disclaimer

Villoxx only provides the technical platform.

Villoxx is not responsible for:

  • user behavior
  • conversation content
  • decisions made based on conversations

If you feel uncomfortable: End the conversation. Block the user. Move on.

7. Changes to This Policy

This User Policy may be updated when necessary, for example to improve safety, comply with legal requirements, or reflect platform changes.

The current version is always available on the website.
